During the normal season we are training on ice for about 7.5 hours per week - if we can't get even more time on the ice.

We always have at least an hour on the floor to warm up before we go on ice, and we also three sessions a week where we focus on increasing our strength and stamina.

Once a week we take a dance class to increase our flexibility. This enhances the presentation of our programs.

All training take place on different arenas in Mölndal, Kållered and Kungsbacka.

 

 
Before and after the regular season we have a couple of weeks on ice, plus floor training and other forms of training.
