During the normal
season we are training on ice for about 7.5 hours
per week - if we can't get even more time on the ice. We always have at least an hour on the floor to warm up before we go on ice, and we also three sessions a week where we focus on increasing our strength and stamina. |

Once a week we take a dance class to increase our flexibility. This enhances the presentation of our programs. All training take place on different arenas in Mölndal, Kållered and Kungsbacka.

| Before and after the regular season we have a couple of weeks on
ice, plus floor training and other forms of training.
